Our transportation policy
To ensure that your package is delivered correctly and that you receive it within our advertised time frame, please ensure that your address is entered correctly and include all relevant and / or required information. Using the correct abbreviation, street number, building or apartment number, and route information (if applicable) is essential to ensure timely delivery.
Full refund if the goods are not received within the order delivery date.
We will ship it to the post office box through USPS. However, the post office box cannot use fast transport. Other operator options are also available, and we reserve the right to change the operator at any time.
Processing time
All orders are subject to a separate processing time, which is different from the time taken by the applicable carrier from our fulfillment center to the destination. Depending on a variety of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 14 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) to process.
After authorizing and verifying your payment, a standard order may take up to 4 working days, an urgent order may take up to 3 working days, and an urgent order may take up to 1 working day to process. This is an estimate only and does not include weekends or holidays.

For domestic and international orders in the United States, we will ship them to most locations using USPS or UPS. We have full discretion to choose other transportation companies to meet the transportation requirements.

Reservation on transport
